Hi Sintra team,
I’m a user of Sintra and I run Lighthouse Facilities Management Pty Ltd, a commercial cleaning company operating nationwide across Australia.
I’d like to request a native integration with Xero accounting software.
Why this matters for us:
We currently use Xero as our primary accounting platform for invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting.
Sintra is becoming a central hub for managing our operations, and having Xero integrated would:
Reduce double data entry between Sintra and Xero
Lower the risk of billing, payroll, and invoicing errors
Save time on admin, payroll processing, and reconciliation
Give us a clearer end-to-end view from lead → job → invoice → payment → payroll
Key use cases we’d love:
Sync customers/clients between Sintra and Xero
Create and update invoices in Xero directly from Sintra jobs or contracts
Pull payment status from Xero back into Sintra (e.g., paid, overdue)
Payroll integration, such as:
Syncing approved timesheets or hours from Sintra into Xero for payroll
Reducing manual data entry for staff and contractor payments
Basic financial summaries in Sintra based on Xero data (e.g., revenue per client or contract)
Even a simple, one-way integration to start (for example, pushing invoices or approved hours from Sintra to Xero) would already be very valuable.
