I have been using the platform for a while and, quite honestly, it is not performing at the level I expected. I am still relying on several other apps to stay productive, which defeats the purpose of having an all in one system. The automations are limited, the email features feel flawed, and the workflow is not smooth enough to replace the tools I hoped it would.
At the moment, I find Fyxer AI to be far more effective, although it is more expensive. I also rely on ChatGPT because it remembers everything I have said in the past and it understands my communication style, the way I speak, and the way I like my posts and messages to sound. In comparison, Sintra does not retain this information and I am having to copy and paste content from ChatGPT into Sintra, and even then it still does not remember my preferences.
Gemini is also much easier to use for verbal prompts, reminders, and quick tasks, which again highlights some gaps in Sintra and how it functions.
Right now the only feature I am using regularly is the social media content creator, but even that is not producing work in the style I have set. I often have to edit, recheck, and rewrite posts almost entirely, which takes more time rather than saving it.
At this stage, I do not feel I am receiving value for money, and the updates are not coming through quickly enough to build confidence. I had hoped Sintra would be a genuine one stop shop for my workload, but it is not yet meeting that standard.
In addition to all of this, are you planning to increase these improvements and make the platform easier to use? I would also like to understand how you plan to approach these updates and how they will be rolled out. This would help me decide whether Sintra will meet the needs of my work going forward.
