Extremely disappointing to find this happening with credits now. It's definitely not what I signed up for and now has a major impact on my business operations. I'm not even a couple of months in from signing up for an annual subscription and now have no credits left to continue to operate my normal business flow. I won't be continuing unless this changes. Quite shady.

Yes, I will be cancelling. I logged in after not using Sintra for over a month and was already down 5 credits without using a single feature or chat. Customer service has been absolutely no help. Blew through another 30 credits today with simple actions. No image generation, no tasks, no automations, just a website scrape and chatting so I know I'll be out of credits in under 2 weeks. Definitely not what I signed up for when purchasing the unlimited plan a few years ago.

i too signed up when this site started up at its early inception...loved the previous model and now that I want to use it more frequently i am limited.......considering after a year of very limited usage! Do i ask for my money back since I'm not getting what i originally signed up for as an early adopter?

Agreed, I didn't sign up for this credit usage thing, I bought with unlimited Lifetime plan and thee credits didnt exist back then.

Be careful what you wish for a business must make enough to cover its cost and be able to upgrade and improve to stay competitive. If this is implemented they will most certainly need to increase the base subscription price substantially. I personally like the one time payment and having credit and being able to pay as I go if I use more than what is given. But some may not understand that a business need to make money to survive.
