I agree with Ellie. A to do list that on the home screen where you can check things off , Vizzy can add, remove and reschedule tasks on the to do list.

Agree with this. We need (i) the ability to tag chats (ideally with tags we can define, such as "Pending", "In Progress", "On Hold", Completed"). This will make it much easier to manage workstreams, and (ii) a place to be able to see all chats together, with the ability to filter by Helper/Tag.
