Sintra currently does not support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 business email accounts (Exchange Online), which prevents many small businesses from using Sintra for inbox management, drafting, and automation.
Most real-world businesses use custom domains hosted on Microsoft 365, often with multiple users and shared mailboxes (e.g., info@, support@, billing@). While personal Gmail or Outlook.com accounts work, business Exchange accounts fail to connect or are unsupported, making Sintra unusable for team inbox workflows.
This is not an edge case — Microsoft 365 is the default email platform for small and mid-sized businesses. Native support for Microsoft 365 business email (including Exchange Online and shared mailboxes) is critical for Sintra to function as a true business assistant rather than a personal productivity tool.
