Soshie needs an urgent upgrade

I’d like to share some feedback regarding the social media posting capabilities of the platform, as I believe there are significant gaps in functionality that limit its effectiveness for users like myself.
Specifically, the following issues stand out:
Post Scheduling: The platform should allow scheduling posts directly from the chat thread. Currently, this is not possible, which makes advance planning and campaign management cumbersome.
Automation Tasks: It would be helpful if the platform could take specific instructions for automation tasks, such as ensuring that only user-provided images are used for posts, rather than offering alternatives.
Reels and Stories Posting: The inability to post Reels and Stories directly is a major limitation, given the prominence of these formats in social media strategies.
Without these core features, the term "social media manager" feels somewhat misleading, as these are basic expectations for any tool positioned as a social media management assistant.
I hope this feedback helps in improving the platform’s capabilities, as addressing these gaps would make the tool far more valuable for users. Please let me know if you need further details or examples.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best regards,
Mark Morand

Should also be able to edit (or delete if needed) a post once it's been scheduled. once you schedule a post, there is no way to make any changes to content, date/time, etc. only gives options to duplicate which if you want to edit before it publishes, you wont be able to.

I totally agree. I'd also like to add that it would be great to be able to schedule more that 1 week ahead. it would be great to be able to say sit down for 40 min and schedule a whole month of social media.

Soshie really needs to remember rules and .guidelines set for content and posts. I post takes 20 minutes- an hour to create because of lack of following instructions, spelling errors constant. l think there is just a constant loop thata doesn' break.I end up declining 90% of my post and have to use Grok, Gemini or even chatgpt to make my posts... doesn't follow or remember brandd instructions brand instructions

Zoey I share your frustration. It is unacceptable to pay SintraAI for a subpar system. Simply using up credits does not justify a downgrade of the AI. If this is the case, which it is, they need to invest in more LLMs to accommodate the needs of businesses that rely on their services.
In addition, businesses that pay for reliable AI solutions expect consistency, not unexplained degradation. If SintraAI cannot scale effectively, they risk losing trust and customers. A proactive plan to expand infrastructure and maintain quality is essential. Transparency with users would also go a long way toward mitigating frustration.

I STRONGLY AGREE WITH THIS AND I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT FOR MY INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK AND IT IS TELLING ME THAT I NEED TO LOG INTO ONE TO BE ABLE TO POST.

Totally agree about the reels and story posts! Make it happen!

Agreed. Also has no capability to review posts already created to edit, or posts that are already scheduled in order to make sure posts are related for another channel to post. Basically has goldfish memory as well, even for things that were mentioned in chat one second ago.

it's memory is trash. If i don't want a string of emojis in posts I have to reiterate that in every chat. Also it goes to the latest uploaded images/videos for posts whether they are pertinent or not, rather than drawing from the entire collection of collateral.

Agreed!

Social Media is the weakest link and yet should be the key agent. Spend hours correcting her, and she doesn’t retain anything. Quite frankly frustrating.
