Soshie needs an urgent upgrade

I’d like to share some feedback regarding the social media posting capabilities of the platform, as I believe there are significant gaps in functionality that limit its effectiveness for users like myself.
Specifically, the following issues stand out:
Post Scheduling: The platform should allow scheduling posts directly from the chat thread. Currently, this is not possible, which makes advance planning and campaign management cumbersome.
Automation Tasks: It would be helpful if the platform could take specific instructions for automation tasks, such as ensuring that only user-provided images are used for posts, rather than offering alternatives.
Reels and Stories Posting: The inability to post Reels and Stories directly is a major limitation, given the prominence of these formats in social media strategies.
Without these core features, the term "social media manager" feels somewhat misleading, as these are basic expectations for any tool positioned as a social media management assistant.
I hope this feedback helps in improving the platform’s capabilities, as addressing these gaps would make the tool far more valuable for users. Please let me know if you need further details or examples.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best regards,
Mark Morand

it's memory is trash. If i don't want a string of emojis in posts I have to reiterate that in every chat. Also it goes to the latest uploaded images/videos for posts whether they are pertinent or not, rather than drawing from the entire collection of collateral.

Social Media is the weakest link and yet should be the key agent. Spend hours correcting her, and she doesn’t retain anything. Quite frankly frustrating.
yea honestly for the price its INSANE IT DOESNT HAVE A MAJOR UPDATE!!!

I'm actually cancelling my subscription as I dont think the AI assistants communicate among each other. The pictures provided often has a lot of error and rectifying it takes more of my time.

I’d like to add my support for expanding Sintras social media capabilities. I can’t copy paste directly into Etsy listings or Pinterest that feature alone needs to be updated as well. I also want my photo library to be used when posting and it doesn’t seem to match picture to description either very well. I even had labeled my photos to make it easier to find and use.

Right now, we use loomly.com for social scheduling and content planning, and it would be ideal if Sintra's Social Media Assistant offered a similar level of functionality directly within the platform.
Key Loomly features that would make a big difference include:
- A visual content calendar showing scheduled posts across multiple platforms.
- Post previews for each social channel (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) so we can see exactly how content will appear before publishing.
- Approval workflows for team collaboration and content sign-off.
-Scheduling and automation to publish posts directly or queue them for later.
- Performance tracking and analytics to measure engagement across channels.
Integrating these features, or offering a native social calendar that mirrors Loomly’s ease of use, would make Sintra a true all-in-one platform for marketing and operations teams.

Josh Absolutely! Loomly was great but became to expensive for a small business. The options that you reference above were almost seamless and key to active posting. I also, like that if there was an error when it actually came time to post, the system alerted you and allowed for edits to repost content.

Ambra Slagowski I have to agree, we cancelled loomy as they became too pricey for each client but we did like the services and options they provided.

Agree so very much!!

I absolutely agree. Also, the contact information that is used is misleading as well. The phone number posted in the ads is never correct and I don’t like how it makes up artificial reviews from fake client rather than actual reviews my real clients have written.
There needs to be an area under Profile to ensure all contact information is correct like websites/phone numbers/emails etc as this can send potential clients into a spiral and not bother trying to find the correct information when it should already be there. I find I’m having to go into my social media posts and correct all the information every couple days and that is not automation, that’s cumbersome

You are very good at being able to attach and program videos, so that you can upload stories with sound or reels
