Unless I’m mistaken, Soshie cannot suggest posts (for Instagram or other platforms) based on a SPECIFIC context (ie context for the given post).
The only context it can use is teh one provided when integratiing the SM accounts... which is completely generic.
Soshie only asks for an image and suggests text based on that image, but it’s not possible to provide any context specific to each post. ("Suggest a series of posts on such or such subject...)
Also, it’s a bit of a shame that Sophie can’t directly use the images already available on the integrated website...
Finally, when Soshie suggests posts, in order to edit them, you first have to schedule them — only then does an “Edit” button appear.
All of this is very counterintuitive.
The proper User Journey should be:
- click automation
- select Social Media Automation
- select social media account to post on (if several accounts are integrated)
- Provide context for the post, and optionally images.
- If no images are provided, Soshie can select relevant ones from the website integrated, based on the context provided
- If no website is integrated, Soshie can generate images with AI (which it does already reasonably well - but would do even better if we could provide context!).
- then the rest is teh same as the current journey... although it would be good to be able to edit BEFORE scheduling, not after.
As it currently stands, the feature does not add any value other than the scheduler ... and it cannot post Reels either - and Reels are the only way to grow organically on Insta!
