Sintra AI with Workspace Pausing and Archiving Features

Introducing a dedicated workspace model in Sintra AI—paired with the ability to temporarily pause a workspace—would meaningfully improve focus and resource management. A pause feature would let users preserve their tasks, context, and in‑progress work without disrupting their current setup. When resumed, the workspace would restore to its original state, enabling a seamless continuation of projects and reducing the friction of switching between active and inactive work environments.
This capability would also strengthen time management. Users could temporarily de‑prioritize a workspace without abandoning it, then return to it when needed. With a clear, intuitive interface for pausing and resuming, this workflow would be simple to adopt in everyday use.
In addition to pausing, it would be highly valuable to support archiving a workspace while still allowing up to five workspaces to remain active—even if one is archived. This added flexibility would make it easier to manage multiple projects at once and ensure users always have enough active workspace capacity to match their needs.
