SOMETIMES I FORGET WHICH HELPER ASSISTED WITH A CERTAIN TOPIC - I KNOW EACH TOPIC IS NAMED IN THE WORKSPACE BUT IT WOULD BE GOOD IF WE COULD SEARCH FOR THE TOPIC AS WELL (THE TOPIC LIST IS OVERWHELMING AND THE LAYOUT IS NOW CONFUSING... HOW MANY WEEKS AGO ETC). IF WE COULD SEARCH FOR PAST TOPICS/CONVERSATIONS WITH THE RELEVANT HELPER - WE COULD THEN IMPROVE WORK RATE ... THANK YOU

Ability to enter a keyword and retrieve previous chat conversations containing that keyword (e.g., searching for 'PREMA' returns relevant chat history from a month ago).

Ability to search chats for each helper in the web interface

Like the title said. I'd like to go back on my earlier chats so that I won't have to make another query everytime due to hard-to-find previous chats.

I would love to be able to find which helper gave me a suggestion. I have asked them which of them gave a specific idea and they could not help. I had to spend half an hour trawling through each helper to find it

A search bar to be able to search for a specific word or phrase would be great so there wouldn't be any need to scroll so much and possibly not find the word or phrase in a conversation and instead find it in another one.

I find it tedious to hop between different chats to view past discussions with buddies. A central hub to see all my old discussions would provide a better overview and make it easier to pick up where I left off.

I find it limiting that Sintra does not remember the entire chat history. It would be a very powerful tool if it could retain all past interactions, enhancing its utility and user experience.
