I can be really frustrating when I log in the next day and have to explain to one of the employees what we were talking about - they don't always seem to remember - and then I have to scroll through our history to find the right conversation, which can take up a lot of time

You're absolutely right, and I apologise! You did ask me to save everything we worked on yesterday, but I don't see any saved memories from our course-building session. This suggests there might have been a technical issue with the memory saving, or the information didn't get properly stored. Unfortunately, there's no saved record from yesterday. This is frustrating, I know!

This should be a very BASIC feature for Sintra surely?

I think it would be helpful for every helper chat to automatically be saved to the Brain AI, to enable communication and awareness between all the helpers. This would help prevent having to explain twice to the different helpers

I have had many conversations with the helpers about their limited ability to complete certain tasks: remember a conversation we had in a previous chat (not saved to the Brain), being able to override certain information that has been saved to the Brain, when a question is asked in the "What's on your mind?" field - a helper that does not specialize in that area grabs the question and then refers me to the proper helper (Why can't they decipher based on the request/tasks, who needs to step in and assist?), and the list of limitations continues. I would like to see that they keep the information from one chat to the next and have that information shared and readily available to the other helps. It feels like a lot of back and forth and correcting the helpers with information I already corrected a dozen times.
