Please find a way to tag a chat (or chats) in each helper's workspace as a "favorite". And find a way to easily sort, write a title for the chat, and a description.

Love the platform for idea generation, but I would like to see a better way for me save the chat threads that I want to prioritize above the others. As a new user, I'm having lots of "conversations", but I cannot find the thread or comments that I want to save to review later or to show my team.

Now you can 'Pin' your favorite chat threads.
Pinned chat threads will be shown at the top of global chats history.
