Inter-communication between AI employees

Alex
I am facing challenges with the lack of inter-communication between AI employees in Sintra. It would be beneficial if the AI employees could share a common memory and communicate with each other to ensure a seamless workflow. This feature would greatly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of using Sintra for my work.

100% I am having the same issue. I will try try what the others have suggested about "saving to brain", but do agree that I shouldn't have to do this in the first place. "Everybody" should be talking with each other or be linked together.

employee communication

First of all the fact that there are 12 employees is dumb, we just need ONE "Jarvis-like" personal assistant. I want to talk with one Ai, and have it do what I need, when i need it. IF you need 12 for making an extra buck, then at least allow them to communicate better with one another. If I had a conversation with one, I want it to be able to tell the other's or be able to share the information with the specific other Ai i need. For example if I create an image with vizzy, I want to be able to create an email or post with that image using soshie. If i have a bunch of data being analyzed by one, i want it to be instantly recallable for implementation by my business guy. Or i want to be able to ask the Ai to send it to another for use. "Get this over to ____ for posting, and have them prepare social posts for approval"

I had the same issue! While I soon learned that a good option was to say "Save this chat into Brain AI for reference for the other helpers", I also learned that the saved information was sometimes skewed a little (or sometimes a lot. I agree that having the most up to date information and inter-communication between AI employees would be so much more efficient!

When I ask a question or give a command, I am often matched with the wrong AI agent. Improving the accuracy of AI agent matching would enhance the user experience.

Chat division of helpers by workflow

To avoid overlaps and misunderstandings, it might be useful to structure the interface so that, for each workflow, only the conversations of the assistants involved in that specific flow are visible, instead of showing all the chats related to all the workflows at the same time.

Move chat from one brand to another

When you are in the wrong brand and start a chat, it would be nice to be able to copy or move it to the correct brand (brain AI).

The only solution in the meantime is to ask the current sintra helper to save the information to brain, then asking it to create a copy/paste conversation for the other sintra helper to pick up from. Its not the most ideal solution, it is the only one I know of right now. I did put in a request for Sintra to put all workers in one room, calling it a Sintra Symposium. Rather than doing individual conversations with each.

Cristi YES. That would be awesome.

I definitely agree with this request, especially knowing that currently not only is it possible to do so, but it is also possible to create 100% autonomous systems capable of managing almost all aspects of a company with little intervention, with the instructions and knowledge you give them, at this point it should be basic that they at least have some way of delegating tasks or at least communicating with each other to share information and not have to repeat the same thing over and over again, besides that they would work in the same harmony and would not go every one doing completely different things. I'm really looking forward to this update. I stopped using it because of this almost a year ago, I've started using it again now and I see that it's still the same.

Enhancing Inter-AI Communication and Document Sharing Through Advanced Knowledge Management
S
Skylar
In the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence, it's intriguing to observe the limitations within AI ecosystems, especially regarding inter-bot communication and document sharing. Despite their advanced capabilities, these AI systems often struggle with basic interoperability tasks. For instance, requesting one AI agent to generate a briefing and seamlessly sharing it with another—say, from "Buddy" to "PENN"—remains a challenge.
Attempts to bridge this gap, such as providing file paths for manual sharing, seem counterintuitive. This approach undermines the core efficiency that AI is designed to offer, particularly within integrated ecosystems. Moreover, from a memory utilization perspective, it appears these AI agents tend to create isolated document instances rather than referencing a unified file repository. This not only fragments data but also leads to redundant processing.
To extend this discussion, leveraging AI’s advanced knowledge management capacities could offer a solution. Implementing shared memory frameworks or developing protocols for real-time data referencing would enhance inter-AI collaboration. Additionally, refining prompt engineering techniques can significantly improve these interactions. Understanding the nuances of AI prompt structures could unlock more efficient pathways, enabling AI agents to recognize and reference existing documents seamlessly, thus maintaining context and continuity across different platforms.

I definitely agree, this is the largest issue that puts Sintra AI behind other AI agents that I have utilized. Having to repeat myself so often is actually costing me time more so than saving my time and effort.
