But you may have key points in the answers or points to the answer that you'd like to address or come back to, where you get distracted, answering the first question. The remaining questions in the chat may be missed. I would like a cohesive or easy way to run through all questions that are raised, making sure that elements aren't missed. That could assist in business growth, understanding and success.

Might be an idea to have a choice system with room to elaborate on an answer. Then go to the the next point in the same response to cover all points raised and skip if I currently dont have a reply to give, equally then it agents can highlight gaps in the operations or business and actively look for was to fill oversights that could cost the business.
