Feature Request: Seamless Chat Continuity Across DevicesHi team,
I wanted to share some feedback that’s become increasingly important as I use your platform for my business, Pitsky Park. Unlike nearly every other tool I use—whether it’s Facebook Messenger, website builders, or collaborative apps—your chat feature doesn’t allow me to move seamlessly between my laptop and phone. If I hit the back button or switch devices, my conversation disappears and I lose continuity.
As a business owner, I need to be able to pick up conversations from any device, at any time, and scroll back through my chat history for context—just like I can in Messenger or Slack. Real-time syncing and persistent chat history aren’t just nice-to-haves; they’re essential for modern workflows and productivity.
I hope you’ll consider making this a priority, as it would greatly improve the user experience for anyone running a business or managing projects on the go.

It is frustrating when using the app and then the web app on a different device that chat history is not synced, or is unavailable because it was on another device. Can you do something with the account syncing, so that chats are visible across all devices.

I work with 2 computers and my phone and I encounter a difficulty: when I start a conversation with an agent I cannot find this conversation on my other devices, it would be really useful for me to have a synchronization done in real time.
