Feature Request: Enable Workspace-Specific Helper Conversation Settings

Hi Sintra Support Team,
I’m reaching out as an active user who manages multiple brands and projects within Sintra (specifically Sweetface Scans and the Instructions Not Included podcast). I’ve noticed that when I try to set unique conversation preferences for helpers in one workspace, those settings are applied globally across all my workspaces. This makes it extremely difficult to maintain the distinct tone, style, and workflow each brand requires.
I have confirmed this behavior by switching between workspaces, refreshing, and attempting to set different preferences for each. Unfortunately, the helpers’ conversation settings remain identical, regardless of the workspace I’m in.
This is a significant pain point for me and my team.
We need the ability to customize helper conversation settings (tone, reply length, complexity, etc.) on a per-workspace basis. Each project has its own audience and brand voice, and sharing settings across workspaces creates confusion and inconsistency.
Could you please clarify if per-workspace customization is on your roadmap? If not, I strongly urge you to prioritize this feature, as it would greatly improve the platform’s usability for users managing multiple brands.

Enable users to easily switch or update Helper instructions for a Workspace without affecting other Workspaces. This allows for flexible management of instructions as Workspaces evolve, ensuring that changes made to one Workspace do not impact others. The expected outcome is improved operational efficiency and control for agencies managing multiple brands or projects within Sintra.
