Yes, this! "Commet" actually told me that they could make this feature happen on my Squarespace ecommerce store - only to find out through the help chat that there is no such function and that the AI bots have a tendency to over-promise what they can do. I'm going to make a separate post about it because it is so misleading for users!

Gerardo of course it will, it would have to be platform agnostic. There's no reason to restrict anything they do to one platform.

Please not only think of WordPress, but especially of Wix.com. An implementation here would also be desirable.

Carl why do you think you would only be made for one platform? Apart from the fact that Wix is terrible and always has been since over a decade ago, the Sintra team would not make a Wordpress plugin. They'll make something (a script most likely) that you can embed on any website, even just a single HTML page or any CMS.

This would be great - using a wordpress plugin to have Cassie as a support chat would be a big plus on my website. Even if we could use an API connection to Cassie - then I can integrate a chat feature on my website using the API.
In general, these agents are trained for our business and know our content, having an API to connect and use them on our platforms is the way to go. Then I can use the API call on my platforms and have Cassie reply on my company's behalf.

Sintra team, do not hesitate to contact me if you guys have any questions related to shopify. I made my own chatbot to do shopify API calls in order to retrieve customer order data and such. Basically developed a website concierge for my store since there was not any out there. I sell through shopify full time so i would love to answer any questions if you guys get stuck in the process due to shopify api being complicated. Seriously, here to help. Joined Sintra nov 2024, and i plan to stick with it. So much growth potential!
