Brain AI uploads visible in UI but not accessible to helper in chat (blocked day of work) + feature request

Hi Sintra Support,
I’m reporting a serious issue with Brain AI visibility/indexing between the Brain UI and the helper chat.
Today (May 15–16) I spent
many hours
preparing a lawyer-ready analysis of a WhatsApp conversation (2023–2025). I uploaded the full material into Brain AI (messages + media/metadata) and I can see it in the Brain interface. (A copy paste, two years of WhatsApp with metadata as missed calls video calls picture uploads)However, in the helper chat, the assistant could only access
three TXT files
and kept “circling back” to a handful of lines, unable to see the rest of the uploaded content (including the media/metadata that is visible to me in the UI). This made it impossible to generate the complete structured summary we worked on all day.Key points:
- Uploads are visible in Brain AI UIon my side
- In chat, helper access appears limited/incomplete(only a subset of items is available)
- This caused a full day of work to be blocked and forced repeated re-explanations
- I need Brain AI items (including media/metadata) to be consistently accessible to helpersfrom chat, or at least a clear indicator of what the helper can/can’t see
Folder name:
“whats app ”
Files visible to helper:
_chat.txt
, _chat2.txt
, _chat3.txt
But additional uploads/media I can see in UI were not accessible in chat.
Feature request (would solve this workflow):
It would be extremely helpful if, inside the interface, I could
Select All → Copy
the full conversation/output (or export it) and then save/upload it directly into Brain AI as a single document
(or generate a document from the chat) so the helper has full visibility
and can structure/analyze it reliably without missing content. Can you please investigate and fix the Brain AI indexing/permission/visibility so helpers can access all uploaded items from chat (or provide a reliable way to grant that access), and consider adding the Select All → Copy/Export → Save to Brain AI workflow?
Thank you,
Sandro
