I would love to see Sintra fully integrated with my email to sort, categorise and respond to messages with approval. Providing a summary of what’s there would also help including identifying emails for potential bulk unsubscribe with approval.

This Sounds like a great update. I've used a system called Twillo to send and recieve sms messages. a similar application would be a great feature.

Absolutely. Getting vizzy to manually check for emails then selecting the one you want to reply to then draft a reply takes a bit of time.
Vizzy could notifiy you of an email and asks you questions to clarify details before drafting a reply.

I would like to have an auto-reply feature for emails so that I don't have to manually respond to each one. This would save time and streamline my email management process. It would be great if the system could automatically send replies on my behalf.

Hi everyone,
We are happy to share that with our closed beta customers, we've been testing this feature and working on it already!
We're building Email Responder functionality first, aiming to expand with other channels like WhatsApp & Social media later. Essentially merging all-in-one responder being handled by Cassie.
We see quite a huge potential, but the problem seems more complex than we thought to solve! Taking more time.

Rokas Judickas super glad you are pushing this feature forward, delays occur I have been around software forever. Communications is key so I am glad of the update. Do you have a location to show details of what has just been added and prospective roadmaps?

For the initial part, I would like may be to see some basic customer service/help desk type replies. Something where it responds with an answer to the question asked by a customer/prospect via email, and then of course says to reply if that doesn't help. I interacted with a customer service bot via email this way a couple weeks ago for a refund process and it was nice (although to be fair, the refund never processed, so something wasn't working...)
Totally okay with Cassie handling it, makes sense.
