I would like to have an auto-reply feature for emails so that I don't have to manually respond to each one. This would save time and streamline my email management process. It would be great if the system could automatically send replies on my behalf.

Hi everyone,
We are happy to share that with our closed beta customers, we've been testing this feature and working on it already!
We're building Email Responder functionality first, aiming to expand with other channels like WhatsApp & Social media later. Essentially merging all-in-one responder being handled by Cassie.
We see quite a huge potential, but the problem seems more complex than we thought to solve! Taking more time.

Rokas Judickas super glad you are pushing this feature forward, delays occur I have been around software forever. Communications is key so I am glad of the update. Do you have a location to show details of what has just been added and prospective roadmaps?

For the initial part, I would like may be to see some basic customer service/help desk type replies. Something where it responds with an answer to the question asked by a customer/prospect via email, and then of course says to reply if that doesn't help. I interacted with a customer service bot via email this way a couple weeks ago for a refund process and it was nice (although to be fair, the refund never processed, so something wasn't working...)
Totally okay with Cassie handling it, makes sense.

This was the main feature I thought I was buying! But i can't seem to get it to function - am assuming this is the reason why!

I may be mistaken, but I don't get the idea Sintra is for customer interaction - but instead internal use for you - the owner - to use AI Employees to help you.
Anyway, you can already do this if you like, using n8n . io (my choice) or Make . com to respond to emails, or even create draft emails for you to approve. It can do other things as well, like automate socials and deal with calendar stuff.
Texts is more complex but I think Make can handle it if you have an Android.
iPhone won't allow automated texting from 3rd party apps, so if you have an iPhone, you'd need a virtual number, or a second number in an old android phone would work (you can automate a copy of the texts to yourself).
You can self-host n8n on a cloud VPS, so it's quite cost effective when used to do a lot of daily automation.
