If you have Google Workspace (paid) this is included and works well for Google Meet.
It creates a Google Doc for you
If you use that, you can add the transcript and comments to Notion where the AIEs can see it. Or add directly to Brain AI from a download of the Google Doc.
The transcription and analysis from Google's AI in Google Meet is really very good.

This is correct and we can manually do this action with Google meet, Zoom, teams etc.
They key part for this is to not worry about which video platform I am on and also if I am on my account vs another persons account with limited note taking ability.
If Vizzy can enter meetings then we don’t have to worry about manually uploading these contents to the brain. That is a true executive assistant.
This is a must have and provide a huge advancement and ROI for Vizzy.
It would actually be good to be able to pick which bots join depending on the context of the meeting.
For example, Vizzy for EA reasons, Dexter for my financial meetings, SEOMI for marketing emails etc.
However, even if Vizzy is in all of them we can then delegate/elevate to other bots and their specialties.

I use tactiq for this but it would be great to be able to set a work flow that sends the transcript to the Sintra assistants to then divide up tasks in the actions from a meeting.
